For help with Glowshot, a bug report, or feedback, contact the developer. Include your device model, iOS version, game version, and the level involved. Please don’t send passwords or payment details.

How do I aim and fire?
Drag on empty space to aim. Drag a mirror’s round handles to rotate it. Tap the glowing dot at the bottom to fire. Open Instructions for the full walkthrough.
How do hints and credits work?
New players start with six credits. Clear a level to earn one credit; gold targets offer a bonus once per target per level. Hints and triple shots cost two credits. Practice lessons are free. Credits are earned through play and are not sold.
A shot is taking too long.
Use the speed button to run balls at 3× speed, or Reset to stop the attempt and restore the board.
Why is the background still?
Check Reduce Motion in Glowshot Settings and in iOS Accessibility settings. Background motion also pauses while menus are open or the app is inactive.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress, earned credits, and settings are stored on your device. Glowshot does not provide an account or cloud-sync service. Removing the app can remove that saved progress.

Glowshot is developed by Steve Schuler. This policy explains how the game and support communications handle information.
Information in the game
Glowshot does not collect or transmit personal information to the developer. The game runs offline and does not require an account. This version contains no advertisements, tracking, third-party analytics, or in-app purchases.
Information stored on your device
The game saves level progress, earned credits, tutorial completion, and settings locally on your device. This information is used to continue your game and remember your preferences. It is not sent to the developer. Removing the app may remove its local data; device backups are managed by your device and Apple.
Support communications
If you email support, the developer receives the email address and any information you choose to include. That information is used to respond to your request and troubleshoot issues. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for support. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing glowshotsupport@gmail.com.
This website and Apple services
This support website has no developer-added analytics or advertising. Its hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information to deliver and secure the site. Apple operates the App Store and may process purchases, downloads, diagnostics, and other information under its own privacy policy and your device settings.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child has sent personal information through support email, contact the developer to request deletion.
Changes and contact
